Dieses Stundenbuch ist im formalen Aufbau einem Brevier der Kleriker der römisch katholischen Kirche angelehntes Gebets- und Andachtsbuch. ? Das Kunstwerk stammt vom berühmten französischen Künstler und Buchmaler Jean Bourdichons und ist um 1478 in Tours entstanden. Bourdichon war Hofmaler dreier Souveräne, der französischen Könige Ludwig XI., Karl VIII. und Ludwig der XII.
