Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Water staining to some page edges, text remains unaffected. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends.

Some issues present such as cracking, inscriptions, inserts, moderate foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Moderate soiling, marking and sunning.

Book is firm and tight with no stamps or labels. Endpapers browned but the text is clear and bright with no staining or foxing. Owner's signature on ffep. No dustwrapper. As far as I can ascertain this is the scarce fourth and last novel by Olive Gregory.
