Edition la plus complète qui fut encore publiée en 1782 à Toulouse. L'auteur, conseiller au Parlement de Toulouse, a adopté un classement rigoureux, dans lequel il livre de fines analyses des arrêts ainsi que l'exposé des débats internes dans cette Cour. Il enrichit ceux-ci de nombreuses références prises à l'Antiquité. Par exemple à propos d'un droit de pêche seigneurial, il compose un petit traité d'halieutique en citant Platon, Ovide, Virgile, Pline et Juvénal (livre II, chap. III).
