Good condition. "This is a book of water colour paintings of one hundred and ten of the trees met with in the Federation of Central Africa. It consists of the commoner trees encountered, but the collection has slowly grown up over the last twenty-eight years, and the artist has simply painted the trees as she found them; in this way a rare one has slipped in sometimes, and occasionally a plant which by no stretch of imagination can be called a tree but which, for some reason, we found to be of particular interest, has been added.".
