Condition: Good. 1956. First Edition. 176 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. Contains black and white illustrations. Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pen inscription to half title page. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. vii 176 pages, indexed and illustrated with black and white plates. The boards are lightly rubbed and the edges lightly chipped. There is a book plate on the half title page and an ownership signature on the tail of the title page. Overall a clean, unmarked and solid copy, but obviously second hand. "This book presents the life and activities of the University of Melbourne on the occasion of its centenary. As such it looks back over the first hundred years. " (Trove).

HARDCOVER. 1956. First edition. A near fine copy only marked by light rubbing to the board edges and a small gift inscription to the verso of the front free endpaper. The d/w is good with sunfading to the spine and repaired short tears to the edges.
