There is a little separation between frontispiece and title page, with first two leaves and folding map being slightly loosened. Half inch tear at bottom of frontispiece, not affecting image or lettering. Inked name of H. H. Brown at top of title page. Paper is a little aged and shows scattered light foxing. Volume remains tight.
