Printed on a rectangular strip of black textile, featuring frayed borders along the top and bottom edges. Bears a striking silver printed design topped with a triangular crest enclosing a skull and crossbones. Below which, is printed "THE / GATEWAY CITY / OF THE / GOLDEN WEST", and above the primary event details: "37th SESSION / M. W. GRAND / Black Chapter / of B. A." Separated by decorative typographical flourishes, the lower register specifies the location and date: "WINNIPEG / JUNE 26 - 27 - 28 / 1911" in a mix of classic serif and bold display typefaces. A striking remnant from the 37th Session held in Winnipeg, a highly significant, civic event for its members.
