More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Pen inscription to front pastedown and free endpaper. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have moderate corner bumping and edge-wear with visible tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with noticeable splitting and crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages slightly loose. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Heavier to endpapers and pastedowns. Ink staining to text block edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Staining to both boards.

Corners are bumped and a little frayed Spine ends are crushed, with noticeable splits and chips. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine.
