Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. 5th or later Edition. Two octavo volumes. Color frontispiece in each volume; B&W illustrations. Condition of both volumes is problematic; the DJs are soiled, torn, heavily chipped, water-stained & tape-repaired.
