In good condition in original black quarter cloth, illustrated in a bold, avant garde style by William Roberts; remnants of paper title label remain on spine; age toned and shelf worn to edges and corners. A previous owner and Sitwell devotee has pasted a b/w image of Edith to the front pastedown which now suffers some loss to the top. An ownership inscription reads 'H Barnes Dec 1922' to front free. 5 contemporary paper cuttings concerning Miss Sitwell dated between 1923 -1925 are pasted to rear.
