Signed by Osing. If I were a genuine business-thinking person instead of a lover & seller of books, I think this would be a very profitable book for reading & using. A quote in the book I like: "Don't quote internal policy to complaining customers unless you want them more angry." Most corporate lackeys to whom I've talked when I have a problem with their corporation have no idea of how sound this advice is. I hope an overpaid CEO buys this book and learns something his customers already know. Fine, like new in dj. Signed by Author(s).
