Fisher (1882-1967). Fisher coached at Fordham, Columbia, St. John's, and the U.S. Military Academy. He sat on the committee that wrote the first rules for collegiate basketball in 1905, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1974. 17x13cm, 158, [2] plus 32pp rule book at back.
