Cover illustration is "The Dead Wolf (detail)" by Jean Baptiste Oudry. Illustrated boards with a forest green linen spine over a spiral binding. Front and rear flyleaves are smudged from the green cover lining. No writing on any of the pages. Each record consists of two pages with entries to complete, including a space for the label.
