Book Condition: Very Good, these are ORIGINAL newsletters published by P.Q. Wall in Jan. 8, 1982 and Jan. 18, 1982. The production quality from Wall is f…air, it's apparent that Wall did some sloppy production of these pieces, but his content is completely original. The scope of P.Q. Wall's cycle theories are vast and complex. His cycle theories applied to the markets entail a great deal of cycles overlapping at different time periods. These letters were originally sent by Wall to Dr. Jerome Baumring (owner of the Investment Centre Bookstore in Los Angeles). These were part of Baumrings Collection of rare Wall titles and articles. Here is an excerpt from the Introduction: Our dream is to write the best market letter in the world. To. do this we would have to have advanced insight into economic cycle-rhythms for long range overview, a VIRGIN cycle theory. We would also have to have an original or VIRGIN way of measuring the current "cutting edge." of the market daily. We need both these things, and they will constitute the two main portions of each letter. We will begin each letter with random comments under the reading, "High P.Q. Technician," explained below. One last word on "cutting edge." This involves identifying the "fateful eighty virgins," eight culled (not inclusive or even representative) group averages that constitute the segments of the current cutting edge. For example, three years ago gambling stocks would have been one such segment. We use four criteria, 1. V = Volatility, 2. IR = Intermediate-Term Responsive, 3. GI = Group Inherent, 4. N = Norm Self-Orbiting (orbiting its own independent center of gravity.) -- end. EXTREMELY SCARCE CONTENT, Highly Collectible.
