The genus Pseudocypraea Schilder, 1927 (Gastropoda, Cypraeoidea, Ovulidae) was previously known by the living type species Pseudocypraea adamsonii (Sowerby, 1832) from Indo-Pacific Province, Galapagos and Coco islands and by the deep-water species Pseudocypraea exquisita Petuch, 1979 from the Philippines and South Africa. Pseudocypraea dolini n. sp. is described here from the Bartonian (Marinesian, middle Eocene) of Le Quoniam (Haravilliers, Val d?Oise, France). Pseudocypraea eratoformis (Hoernes & Auinger, 1880) n. comb. is also proposed for Cypraea (Cypraeovulva) eratoformis Hoernes & Auinger, 1880 from the Langhian (early Badenian, middle Miocene) of Lapugiu de Sus (?Lapugy?, Rumania). These two fossils confirm the diagnostic characters of Pseudocypraea , hitherto only based on the two extant species. This paper includes an addition to the knowledge of Eocithara Fischer, 1883 and a phylogenetic analysis of the related genera. Four Eocithara (s.s.) species are newly recorded in the lower Eocene of the Atlantic Ocean (E. (s.s.) mutica (Lamarck, 1803), E. (s.s.) helenae n. sp., E. (s.s.) sp. 1 and E. (s.s.) sp. 2). Three new species are described: E. (s.s.) rosenkrantzi n. sp. (Thanetian, Greenland), E. (s.s.) helenae n. sp. (Ypresian, France) and E. (s.s.) eucosmia n. sp. (Bartonian, France). For the first time, multispiral protoconchs of Eocithara (s.s.) are reported ( E. (s.s.) helenae n. sp., E. (s.s.) jacksonensis (Harris, 1896) (Priabonian, USA) and E. (s.s.) submutica (d?Orbigny, 1852) (Rupelian, France)). This discovery invalidates the distinction between Harpa R?ding, 1798 and Eocithara based on the protoconch (Rehder 1973). Then, a closer inspection of 31 teleoconch characters is provided and tested in a cladistic analysis including Morum R?ding, 1798 (one Recent and one fossil species), Eocithara (s.s.) (five fossil species), E. (Refluharpa) Iredale, 1931 (one fossil species), E. (Marwickara) Laws, 1935 (one fossil species), Harpa (four Recent and one fossil species) and Austroharpa Finlay, 1931 (four Recent and one fossil species). The matrix has been processed by the software PAUP 4 and generates three equally parcimonious trees. The consensus tree suggests that all Eocithara are more closely related to Harpa than to Austroharpa. A considerable biogeographic congruence is noted (the Austral clades being clearly distinguished from the Thetyan clades) and the stratigraphical congruence is evaluated by the MSM (Manhattan Stratigraphic Measure) at specific and generic levels. 27 pp., 10 figs, stapled gr. 8.…

La malacofaune danienne du Bassin de Paris pr?sente un int?r?t chronologique de premier plan pour l?tude de la diversification des ?cosyst?mes marins en Europe au d?but du C?nozo?que. La m?thode consistant ? ?tudier syst?matiquement les empreintes externes de mollusques en faisant des moulages en ?lastom?re de silicone montre une diversit? faunistique inattendue. Le pr?sent article traite de la syst?matique de 23 esp?ces appartenant aux Patellogastropoda et aux Vetigastropoda (pro parte) des d?p?ts p?rir?cifaux de Vigny (Val-d?Oise, France) et des autres gisements daniens du Bassin de Paris. Il est le premier d?une s?rie o? seront r?vis?s les mollusques. Dix nouvelles esp?ces sont d?crites et sont inclues dans les familles Acmaeidae (Scurria dysporista n. sp., Scurriopsis deretrana n. sp.), Fissurellidae (Emarginula (s.s.) horrida n. sp., E. (s.s.) minacis n. sp., E. (s.s.) eucosmia n. sp., E. (s.s.) cavernosa n. sp., Entomella necopinata n. sp., Hemitoma (Montfortia) davincii n. sp., Clypidina (Montfortula) celinae n. sp.) et Pleurotomariidae (Leptomaria meyeri n. sp.). Neuf esp?ces sont signal?es pour la premi?re fois dans le Danien du Bassin de Paris (Acmaea simplex, Patella vincenti, Proscutum montense n. comb., Emarginula (s.s.) coralliora, E. (s.s.) montensis, Diodora corneti, D. dolloi, D. concentrica, Praescissurella corneti). Emarginula cretacea d?Orbigny, 1850 est consid?r? comme un nomen dubium.
