The author published a non-fiction work in 1957, entitled "The Law of Balance. " In it were several predictions which were later borne out by the I.G.Y. scientists' findings published two years later. This present work contains further predictions. The author, who was formerly head of the mathematics and physics departments at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, also worked for Westinghouse, and was listed in the Biographical Dictionary of American Men of Science.
