Neo-Concretism is often seen as the beginning of contemporary art in Brazil, and Pape's work which focus on the coming together of aesthetic, ethical, and political ideas has formed an important part of Brazil's artistic identity.

Qualche brunitura sparsa, ma complessivamente esemplare genuino ed in ottimo stato di conservazione. Non comune ed una delle prime edizioni di di questa raccolta di decisioni che Guy Pape (1402 ca. - 1475) raccolse durante la attività nel Delfinato. . Book.

Capilettera silografici. Testo impresso in caratteri semigotici. Raccolta degli scritti del giurista francese Guy Pape, italianizzato in Guido Papa (1402 circa - 1487), che dopo gli studi effettuati a Pavia ricoprì la carica di consigliere delfinale a Grenoble. Grandi incisioni ad entrambi i frontespizi, il primo dei quali in rosso e nero. Solida legatura coeva in piena pelle, dorso a nervi con titoli e fregi in oro. Esemplare genuino e ben conservato. Guy Pape (14?-1476?), celebre giureconsulto francese, ottenne la laurea a Pavia nel 1430; ritornò di seguito in Francia, a Lione e poi a Grenoble (dove morì), divenendo membro del consiglio del Delfinato. Le Decisiones contenute in quest'opera si riferiscono appunto a quell esperienza: ebbero enorme circolazione e divennero ben presto fonte di primaria per la tradizione giuspolitica cinquecentesca.

(index), 74 pp. (Commentaria in statutum delphinale). A la suite sont reliés les "Commentaria in statutum delphinale Si quis per litteras" du même auteur. Restauration grossière au dos de la page de titre, restauration ancienne des coins mais par la suite rognés et émoussés, absence des coiffes, mors faibles. Rousseurs légères et taches d'humidité, mais en état convenable, vu son âge. A noter : La première édition en français de l'ouvrage de Guy Pape, conseiller du roi et célèbre jurisconsulte dauphinois, a été rédigé de 1444 à 1461 et a été traduite en 1692 (Impression Lyonnaise) par Nicolas Chorier (Avocat au Parlement de Grenoble). L'édition originale, premier livre imprimé à Grenoble, datant de 1490. Les décisions du Parlement de Grenoble et de Guy Pape, ont été longtemps, d'une grande autorité dans les pays de droit écrit, et la presse les a fréquemment reproduites. (Brunet, 1811). Bonne édition avec les notes et "additions" d'Antoine Rambaud, E ou N. Pisard, S ou E. de Ranchin, L. ou Bertrand de Rabot, Pierre Mathieu.
