Prima edizione dell' offprint di questo importante contributo scientifico alla neurologia criminale in cui l' autore, già direttore sanitario presso il carcere di Alessandria, studia le alterazioni presenti alla base della scatola cranica nel Poligono di Willis di nove delinquenti, correlandole a eventuali anomalie cardiache. I detenuti deceduti e studiati sono stati incarcerati per i più diversi delitti (rapina, peculato, lesioni ed omicidio, furto, mancato omicidio, omicidio, omicidio volontario, tentata rapina, assassinio), di ognuno è dettagliato il peso specifico di cervello e cuore oltre all' esame autoptico delle cerebrali anteriori e posteriori, le cui alterazioni sono rappresentate nella tavola finale.

Per esempio, il Meteorografo del Padre Angelo Secchi, il Registratore Meteorologico elettroscrivente, il Sismometro del Padre Cavalleri Barnabita, il Termometrografo, ecc.che nella maggior parte dei casi sono molto costosi e complicati. Volendo pertanto unire al mio Anemoscopio scrivente oltre il registro della direzione anche quello della velocita' dei venti, ho ideato un Anemometrografo meccanico semplice e di poca spesa. che funziona gia' dal 1863. Parnisetti fu un importante metereologo, fondatore dell'osservatorio di Alessandria nel 1853. e inventore di strumenti in uso in molte specole italiane. ITA.
