With this viewpoint, novel biocompatible nanoemulsions with four different surfactants, namely, SDS, DTAB, poloxamer and Tw-20 have been prepared using ethanol and glycerol as co-solvent and co-surfactant respectively. The bionanoemulsions were therefore prepared in blank as well as with drug loaded forms, at a concentrative extent of 3 mM/mL. The drug loaded as well as blank bionanoemulsions, thus prepared, have been thermodynamically characterized for physicochemical properties of surface tension, viscosity, density, sound velocity and conductivity measurement, to quantitatively determine the drug loading efficacy. The characterization with respect to proper and homogeneous drug dispersion has also been investigated via DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Alongside, the RSAs with DPPH-free radical assay have also been determined and confirmed through UV-visible spectroscopy.
