In the publisher's dust jacket, $40.00 retail price on front flap, light shelf wear, near fine. Lacking the publisher's matching slipcase. Illustrated with 221 duotone images and 32 color photographs, all taken by McCartney. One of 500 limited edition copies, this one numbered 449. Signed by Linda McCartney on the limitation page. Linda McCartney (1941-1998) was an American photographer, musician, and animal rights activist. She gained recognition as a rock and roll photographer before marrying Paul McCartney of The Beatles in 1969. She was a member of the band Wings and contributed vocals and keyboard. An advocate for vegetarianism, she founded Linda McCartney Foods, a line of vegetarian products. She published several photography books and was known for her portraits of musicians. She passed away from breast cancer in 1998. Signed.
