Twenty-two case histories presented by a veteran divorce investigator, plus a list of "Ten Cardinal Rules for Committing Adultery and Not Getting Caught." First book by Hoffer who would go on to co-write the nonfiction books, *Midnight Express* and *Not Without My Daughter*, both of which were made into films, with the former adapted by Oliver Stone and nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture.
