Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. illustrated with pop-ups throughout, signed with whale doodle by Sam Ita to front (illustrator). Later Edition. Bright, unclipped illustrated dust jacket with gently rubbed edges and light chipping to head of spine strip in mylar cover. Tight binding, solid gray boards illustrated in blue with sharp corners, bright blue lettering to spine strip, light foxing to end papers, penciled notation to early blank page, slight bit of spotting internally, but overall very clean throughout. Signed by author with the word "Courage" on front end paper. 0.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Hilary Knight (illustrator). First Edition. Dust jacket is only fairly good with large tape repairs, edgewear chips, and piece missing from bottom edge. Not price clipped and with a photograph of Peg Bracken on the back flap (later editions do not have this photo). Decorated hard cover text is without flaw. Stated First Edition. Signed on the front end page - "Lots of luck - in the kitchen and out ! Peg Bracken " 5.5 X 9.5 " 176 pages published1960. Signed by Author(s).
