Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Stephanie Schultz (illustrator). 1st Edition. This book seems to be very hard to find, but those who do find it are usually impressed and delighted with it. Page by page, the book depicts things of different colors and thereby expresses gratitude for all the beautiful and wonderful things around us. A page at the end advises parents and teachers on how to use the book creatively to further encourage children to appreciate God's gifts. It's a very attractive, yet puzzling, bit of book production. The text is set in a large, and most becoming, typeface (can't figure out what it is, but it's very nice), and the illustrations are extremely charming. The book is self-published by the mother/daughter author/illustrator team, but the name of this publisher, P.S. Press, appears nowhere in the book. There is no title page, only a half-title, so the name of the author (who is a professional Marriage & Family Therapist) doesn't appear on the inside either, and the illustrator's name only appears as the copyright holder. It's as if they are trying to let the book speak for itself without crediting the creative team responsible for it. Anyway, excellent picture book and, apart from some minor indentations on the front cover, a fine copy. Not sure if it ever came with a dust jacket.
