This text was likely issued by Drs. Burleson and Burleson, given a similar refrain in an accompanying 2 pp. illustrated advertisement. 9 1/2 x 6 1/3 inches. 1 oz. 4 pp and 2 pp. Article is stamped on front wrapper with the number 2599 and the date NOV 28 1911. Fold-lines, creasing, wear, age, and a short tear in middle of spine repaired with Japanese tissue. Advertisement with fold lines, creasing, sticker residue, blue crayon, a dated stamp of DEC 20 1916 and a stamp of the Cramp American Medical Association in Chicago. Verso, an unrelated advertisement, has a blue crayon X written across it. Good. No ISBN. No ASIN. No OCLC.
