Fold-lines, creasing, wear, age, and a short tear in middle of spine repaired with Japanese tissue. Advertisement with fold lines, creasing, sticker residue, blue crayon, a dated stamp of DEC 20 1916 and a stamp of the Cramp American Medical Association in Chicago.
