Don Pentz (illustrator). This is a new copy of Images of the Keji Country, a 2021 book by the Canadian artist, naturalist and woodsman Don Pentz. It is an art book in which Pentz shows us the pristine beauty of Nova Scotia's Kejimkujik National Park & Historic Site. The park is the spiritual home of the Mi'kmaq people; Pentz pays homage to their sacred ground while using journal notes to take us through the painting process. His reverence for the vast former hunting and fishing ground is illustrated with plein air watercolours, studio oil paintings and ink and acrylic petroglyph paintings. 136 pages. This is not a used book.
