Spines present nicely and remain relatively scuff free. Light abrasions to raised bands. Marbled covers rubbed with loss of pigment at centers. Moire end papers soiled with offsetting and staining, free of ownership. Internally textblocks remain good with light toning at deckled edges. Offsetting from fabric plates, some tissue guards are soiled, torn. Bindings are all intact. Please see photos. Lacks the rare Atlas. A scarce work of fabric samples, beneficial for textile historians and chemists of early pigments. A valuable resource.
