Witnessed by Theo Blakeney & John Browne. Signed by Wm & Parson Persse. William Persse was born circa 1730 at Roxborough House, Co. Galway, Ireland. He died in 1802 at Corbally, Galway. His son, Parsons was born after 1764, also at Roxborough House. Theo Blakeney was the son of Colonel Blakeney & Grace Persse. He became High Sheriff of County Galway in 1763 & was M.P. for Athenry from 1783-99 (during which time he signed this document).
