Fine copper engraving with early and sympathetic hand-colouring is dated 1596 in the plate but actually dates from 1618 with Hondius' name in the plate. It measures c.36.5cm x 50cm and is in lovely bright and clean condition. From the Atlas 'Theatrum Geographiae Veteris', it has Latin text to the verso and has good, wide margins. In very good plus condition overall. Folder 1005.
