Author suffered severe frostbite after experiencing a blood clot in his lung. Author, Nevison, & Sherpa Annulu came within 400 feet of the summit before the author was stricken by pulmonary thrombosis. Interesting chapters on the hell of surviving frostbite and amputations. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
