Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition (NAP). This 207 page soft cover book is in excellent condition. Covers are very clean. The only wear I see is a couple of tiny nicks and a bit of waviness near the title. But even that minor level of wear is not evident on the pages of the book. They appear to be perfect. They're very white. The print is excellent. The book is extremely well bound, well produced. The book was published by a publishing firm that the Peyser family established. Peter Peyser, Sr., was a United States Congressman from New York in the 1970s and early 80s. This book was written by his son Peter Peyser, Jr., who signed and inscribed it to his father, the former Congressman. It was purchased from the family, along with other books that have been listed for sale.
