Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Undated but produced to 'war economy standard'. The boards show only light wear, a little bumping and scuffing to the corners and a bump to the front bottom edge. The jacket has very small tears (to 5mm) to head and tail of spine and to the back bottom edge (5mm). The leaves are tight and undamaged. No inscriptions. Four illustrations by R. G. Campbell. The pages are generally very clean with just occasional faint stain spots (photo 4) including title page. Light foxing to the text block fore-edge with one larger spot. Faint tanning to end papers. The book has a very slight bow. Measures 19.9 x 13.9 x 2.7 cm. 256 pages.
