A significant 16th century history of the world, famously revised and expanded by the Reformer Philipp Melanchthon)whose portrait appears on the title page) and Casper Peucer. Internal block remains firm, light marginal worming (small pinpricks) consistent with age. Light to moderate water staining to front endpapers. Contemporary Latin inscription inside front.
