In 2005 Philip Pullman was awarded the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award, an annual prize issued by the Swedish Government for achievements in the field of Children's literature. The Japanese illustrator Ryoji Arai was also so honoured that year and to mark the…occasion of the prize-giving ceremony this A-4 sized souvenir booklet was published. Printed in English and Swedish, unpaginated, (14 pages of text including the inside of the covers) with a few critical notes and select bibliographies of both. A nice item and this copy was signed for the seller at the actual event in Gothenburg. As New condition. Signed by Author(s).
