Extremely Rare, in fact, when this was listed in 2009, there were only two other ones listed, and this was the only one that I could find listed anywhere from this Banking Institution! Hole punched in top inside corner of cover to hang from a chain. Very good shape booklet has brown cover with black font. Two light fold marks on front cover close to spine, front top corner folded as well. Otherwise, completely unmarked, no po names, no fading, tight, clean, square, and odor free. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
