Stato di conservazione: diffuse ed evidenti bruniture e fioriture della carta, per lo più marginali, che, comunque, non inficiano la lettura del testo, piccole e sintetiche annotazione/ correzioni a penna su pagina 18, 26 e 27 ma, nel complesso, un esemplare più che discreto. Bella rilegatura in piena pelle con titolo entro cornicetta e decorazioni in oro sul dorso. L'illustre medico e clinico padovano Francesco Luigi Fanzago, con quest'opera, gettò le basi della moderna patologia e medicina clinica, ponendo al centro la correlazione tra condizioni socio-ambientali e insorgenza delle malattie.
