Most of the contributions are a few lines, with two a full page. Somewhat longer contributions by Elmer Adler and J. Brooks Atkinson occupy the first page of text; among the others who contributed tributes to the shop and comments on collecting are William Rose Benet, Robert W. Chambers, John Erskine, Joseph Hergesheimer, the Lincoln collector Emanuel Hertz, Sinclair Lewis, Christopher Morley, Vincent Starrett, Vilhjalmur Stefansson, "Tiffany Thayer" (Elmer Ellsworth, Jr.), and Louis Untermeyer. The two full-page contributions are "Why Not Crime?" by Edward Hale Bierstadt and "Fantasia Impromptu" by Benjamin de Casseres ("Selections from a Forthcoming Work"). WorldCat shows a dozen or so copies in US libraries, four of this booklet alone and others with the catalogue itself.
