Introduction by Robert Grantham. Pitcher was a playwright whose first play was "One". Fine book in a near fine dust jacket with very slight wear to the corners. A beautiful copy.

Softcover. Condition: Very Good. First edition. Illustrated by Richard Powell. Octavo. 86, [1]pp. Stapled printed pale brown wrappers. Small ink squiggle on front wrap (we think of a "P", perhaps for editor Oliver Pitcher), owner name on rear wrap, wraps pulled away a bit at the staples, modest crease on front wrap, a very good copy. Signed by the artist Richard Powell, and additionally nicely Inscribed by contributor Robert A. Bell. Anthology of poetry and prose by African-American students and faculty.
