Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Impassioned and closely argued case of a young native American man in Nevada who was railroaded into prison for a hold up killing when he was quite proven to be 200 miles away at the time. The central argument is still a major concern as it was in 1968 - suspect being tricked and brow-beaten into a 'confession'. Rare piece of Nevada history, Native American and true crime. Photos and collected court documents, photos, etc. Very Good+ with NO marks and just mild sunning to covers.
