Thick pages generally very good w/newer pastedowns and endpapers at front, back; few at front mended w/acid-free adhesive. Gilt page edges. Bind intact. Illustrated with a dozen magnificent chromolithographic designs in colour with captioned page guards after original drawings by Eleanor Vere Boyle. Ornate decoration throughout.
