Folding map in original stiff yellow illustrated wrappers. Fine condition. Map of the continental United States and southern Canada with outline color by time zone and American Radio Relay League divisions. Also shown in clor are all radio stations, commercial and otherwise, in operation at the time. The left and bottom margins of the map contain a long list, with call signal and owner, of all stations. This table also includes wavelength and frequency. Many states have only a handful of radio stations. Mississippi has none. Some of the station owners are interesting, such as the Vaughn Conservatory of Music in Lawrenceburg, TN, Palmer School of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, and the Washington DC YMCA.
