Chez la levure et les mammifères, le complexe fonctionne sous forme d hétérotrimère. Résultats: une étude de la structure des complexes chez A. thaliana a été réalisée par l analyse des interactions entre les différentes sous-unités ou différents domaines de ces protéines. L étude approfondie de l expression des gènes AKIN en réponse à différents changements environnementaux a montré qu un des niveaux de régulation du complexe se ferait via une régulation transcriptionnelle différentielle des sous-unités de type . Chaque sous-unité présente des profils d expression très variables et spécifiques au cours du développement de la plante. Finalement, l utilisation de trois approches, complémentation de mutants de levure, plantes transgéniques et criblages double-hybride réalisés avec les sous-unités , a ouvert des pistes pour l identification de diverses fonctions du complexe. 200 pp. Französisch.
