Baker, Washington, in Marion, Arkansas, in Washington DC, and in the Cayman Islands. Self wrappers. Title page present, dated November 2, 1992, with credits for novelist Grisham, and screenwriters Robert Towne and David Rayfiel. 144 leaves, with last page of text numbered 138. Xerographic duplication, rectos only, with blue revision pages throughout, dated variously between 11/2/92 and 2/14/93.
