Verzameling van 14 brieven, 1813-ca.1850. Duidelijk leesbare brieven ondertekend door leden van de familie, onder wie Estaque in Saint-Giron (1829), Octavie Gay, Delphine en Léonie. Sommigen adresseerden aan 'mama'. Mevrouw Giraud wordt ook wel "Mélanie" genoemd. Met een conceptreactie, beschrijvende tekst en een gedrukt overlijdensbericht van A.M.C.G. Taillet in Toulouse, weduwe van kolonel Anselme Gay (1852?). Alle brieven in inkt op goed papier uit de periode 1813-1850. In totaal ongeveer 33 pagina's, de meeste dichtbeschreven. Interessant geheel over de geschiedenis van een familie uit Zuid-Frankrijk (Occitanie).
