Jean-François De Cabrière, secrétaire général du conseil général du département de l'Aveyron, lettre autographe signée adressée à Monsieur le Comte de Pradel [Jules Jean Baptiste François de Chardeboeuf] , Directeur général du Ministère de la Maison du Roi, Paris, le 2 février 1820, à propos de la demande de pension du Sieur Puech de Rodez, ancien militaire, déjà approuvée par le maire de Rodez et le préfet de l'Aveyron, 1 double f., 3 p., 20,5x31,5cm. La lettre est par ailleurs co-signée par ajout postérieur, sur la première page, le 3 février 1821, par trois députés de l'Aveyron : Louis de Bonald (1754-1840), Jean-Claude Clausel de Coussergues (1759-1846) et Pierre Jean Joseph Dubruel (1760-1828) qui appuient la demande. Le texte ajouté en 1821 en première page est de la main du Vicomte de Bonald, grand adversaire de la Révolution Française, considéré comme l'un des précurseurs de la Sociologie. Sa mandature a notamment été marquée par sa proposition de loi contre le divorce qualifié de "poison révolutionnaire" et qui eut pour conséquence l'interdiction du divorce jusqu'en 1884. Beau document réunissant plusieurs signatures de grands personnages historiques. Signé par l'auteur.

L'anonimo A., secondo Barbier il Direttore generale del Ministero della Real Casa sotto Luigi XVIII (1814-1824), dichiara in epigrafe all'opera che teme le conseguenze che un parlare schietto potrebbe causargli, essendo tempi in cui anche nomi oscuri corrono il rischio di "exciter des pr?ventions". Protetto dall'anonimato, l'A. riflette sulla monarchia costituzionale francese, ne evidenzia le differenze fondamentali, nonch? le somiglianze, con quella inglese. A tal fine, ripercorre per sommi capi la storia politica dei due Paesi. Suo obiettivo ? sottolineare la differenza sostanziale tra le due forme di governo che tuttavia portano lo stesso nome, che scaturisce dalle origini stesse dell'istituzione, e dalle sue cause. Solo i principi costitutivi di governo sono i medesimi; vengono toccati temi quali suddivisione dei tre poteri, responsabilit? dei ministri, libert? nazionali e loro rapporto pi? o meno armonioso con le istituzioni monarchiche, libert? di stampa. L'opera contiene riflessioni sulla Rivoluzione ("catastrophe sanglante" per mano di "infatigables fanatiques" dai "chim?riques syst?mes") e sulle cause del successo e della caduta di Bonaparte, e dell'avvento della Restaurazione, eventi considerati sotto un profilo un po' ambiguo, e non totalmente conservatore e restauratore, il che rende comprensibile l'esigenza d'anonimato del libello.
