A reading copy. Pseudonymous author isn't all that disturbed by Hitler's obsessions and military build-up, believes a "strong" Germany is good for Britain. "Brest Litovsk" was the 1918 treaty wherein Bolsheviks abandoned claims to enormous territories and bowed out of WWI.
