Pamphlet. 16p., stapled 9.5x7 inch plain printed grey wraps, very edgeworn with small tatters, crimps, splits to top & tail of spinefold, dustsoil, droplet stain on titlepage - remains handleable, is complete. A reading copy. Pseudonymous author isn't all that disturbed by Hitler's obsessions and military build-up, believes a "strong" Germany is good for Britain. "Brest Litovsk" was the 1918 treaty wherein Bolsheviks abandoned claims to enormous territories and bowed out of WWI.
