However, he failed to name these printers. In this volume, he recognizes these artisans, including Patrick Reagh, Bonnie Thompson Nor…man, Scott Freutel, Vance Gerry, Pall Bohne, William and Carmen Voss, Joseph D'Ambrosio, Susan King, Gloria Stuart, Gerald Lange, Jaime Robles, and Kitty Maryatt. From last page: 1000 copies designed by Ward Ritchie composed in Monotype Bembo and printed by Patrick Reagh on Mohawk Superfine paper.
