Hardcover. Condition: Good. Grey cloth cover with mounted color pictorial is soiled but in good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Pages have very sparse modest thumbing but overall clean and very good. Color frontispiece plus 3 additional color plates. .
