Condition: Fine. foglio sciolto (285x180 mm), con stemma xilografico del cardinale Andrea Gioannetti, in cui si proclama l'autorizzazione concessa da Papa Pio VI a consumare latticini, carne e uova, in quantità moderate, durante i giorni di Quaresima. L'indulto, motivato dalle ristrettezze patite dalla città ed esteso al clero e al popolo, è però accompagnato dal monito di "fuggire li bagordi, le osterie, li giuochi, e ogni altro divertimento, e a placarlo con atti di vera compunzione.", ricordando anche le proibizione pontificie riguardo "ALLE POZIONI CON LATTE, E OVA.".
