La prima è una raccolta di consigli e risposte a cura di Mariano Soccini il giovane (Siena 1482-Bologna 1556) giurista toscano professore di diritto canonico e civile a Siena, Pisa e Bologna. L'opera era composta da quattro volumi, siamo in possesso solo del quarto tomo. Bella marca editoriale al frontespizio e vignette all'interno. Antica firma. La seconda rarissima opera è una serie di consigli e risposte del giurisconsulto Prospero Pasetti (m. 1535) giurista di Ferrara fiorito nel 1535, anno in cui insegnò presso l'Università della sua città Natale (Rif. Opac SBN). Dedica a Ippolito Bonacossa giurisconsulto di Ferrara. Finissima incisione a inizio pagina. Segue poema dedicato al Duca di Ferrara. Bellissima marca editoriale in fine. Titolo manoscritto a caratteri gotici al taglio inferiore. In mediocri condizioni ma completi. Copertina in piena pergamena con titolo manoscritto al dorso in mediocri condizioni con usure marginali. Piatto anteriore staccato. Legatura in mediocri condizioni con rotture. Pagine in buone condizioni con fioriture e lievi gore d'umidità marginali. The work was made up of four tomes, we only have the fouth tome. Beautiful editorial mark in the title page and vignettes inside. Ancient signature. The second work is a series of suggestions and response by the jurist Prospero Pasetti (m. 1535) jurist from Ferrara teacher in the university of the same city (Rif. Opac SBN). Dedication to Ippolito Bonacossa juresconsult from Ferrara. Very fine engraving at the beginning of the page. Then poem dedicated to the Duke of Ferrara. Very beautiful editorial mark at the end. Handwritten title with gothic style in the foot fore edge. In poor conditions but complete. Full parchment coeval cover with handwritten title in the spine in poor conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Front plate is detached. Binding in poor conditions with cracks.
