This play-book is one of 1,300 copies printed by the renown Grabhorn Press to commemorate the one-night performance. It includes the author's introduction, musical notes by Charles Hart as well as duplicate title page with tipped-on color illustration by Albert Camille that was previously adhered to ffep. Limited to one thousand three hundred copies privately printed for the Bohemian Club of San Francisco. [Heller & Magee, 335]. Fine in custom mylar cover. Lacking original dust jacket.
